The Process

From Permit to Kilowatts

Site Assessment
We pull your address into NREL/NLR PVWatts, verify roof pitch and orientation, and run a shading analysis. You get a production estimate in writing before any commitment.

Design & Permitting
Engineered stamped drawings, utility interconnection application, and local building permit we handle the paperwork and coordinate with your AHJ.

Tear-Off & Deck Inspection
Existing roofs: we remove the old roofing material and inspect the decking for rot, soft spots, or structural issues before anything goes on. New construction skips this step entirely; no tear-off cost, no delays.

BIPV Installation
Panels go directly to the deck. No rack assembly, no through-roof penetrations for mounting. Typical residential install: two to three days.

Inspection & PTO
Building inspection, utility walk-through, and Permission to Operate. We stay on-site through final approval and commission the inverter with you.

Producing Day 1
System monitoring goes live. Watch production on your phone. 25-year performance warranty and 25-year product warranty from the manufacturer. Plus no separate roof to replace or maintain.
